So is a tribute band the Real Deal? In our case, yes in terms of duplicating harmonies, stage presence, dress, energy, entertainment value and just pure replication of the original artist or group, many of whom are just gone from the live music scene. Because of so many personnel changes, others have become tribute bands themselves.

Our bands have proven time and time again just how capable they are in making this replication of the originals. Not all promoters or bands can accurately make that claim. I consider each of these bands an elite group of singers and musicians that work very hard to get it right. Really, they do it out of respect for those who originally composed and performed the songs.

Also, I have witnessed time and time again, people who come to these concerts and are just amazed how accurate they are with the original groups, often commenting that maybe they are better than the originals, or at least they can’t really tell the difference… What a testimonial!

So, whether you’re a promoter, booking agent, event coordinator or a fan coming to a show, please understand that you and/or your audiences are in for a special concert experience that truly is The Real Deal!

Classic Hot ELVIS Tribute!
Playing and singing Elvis songs from 1954-1964

Jim Anderson began performing in 1986 after being coerced by his football buddies. After about 6 words of “Love Me Tender” Jim received a standing ovation and lots of screaming from the audience. After booking several small venues to sing the songs of Elvis, Jim became an opening act for several groups including The Platters, The Coasters, The Isley Brothers, The Marvelettes and others.

After a career in law enforcement, yet continuing to sing, Jim began playing with The Rebels in early 2011. In 2012 he was invited back to several venues that he and The Rebels played a year earlier, but this time the performances were sold out…Which is the highest achievement any singer and band can attain.

Jim Anderson and The Rebels personifies the early years of Elvis and replicates The Jordanires” that backed up Elvis Presley. He and the band chose to focus on the Early Elvis, which covers ten years of what we call the Best of Elvis…Enjoy!
